At this level, I'm was trying to expand my programs to these possible site, and I think it gave me more options, more spaces to layout my programs.
Some facts about the first floor plan, I lay-outed garden, cafe and public restrooms which are separated from the main building. Auditorium is underground. And I need to make the fire stairs work.
On the second floor will be open gallery for public, included meeting room, periodical room..
The layout is really starting to evolve and work on the site. I think you should start working again on the section through both of the lots and the FDR (long section). Keep working on plans, section and massing to develop the building.
